About the event

In this course we teach you how to prepare the most famous Vietnamese recipes!

Do you love Phở and always wanted to learn how to make this delicious noodle soup? are you crazy for fried spring rolls? or do you want to learn how to make a delicious Bún chả chay with plant based beef? this is your cooking course!

All recipes with Plant Based products :)

(Gluten free possible under demand)


Important to know!

  • The courses will take place from a group size of 4 people.

  • The recipes will be made and tasted by all the participants, and the number of recipes will depend on the number of participants.

  • You can purchase a variety of drinks in our location and pay them at the end of the event.

  • We will send you the recipes on PDF the following Monday.

  • Phở (spiced noodle soup with veggies and grilled mushrooms)

  • Bún chả chay (Dry mix cold Pho with grilled soy beef) 

– + Dipping vinaigrette


  • Nem rán chay (fried spring rolls with veggies and black mushrooms) 

– + Dipping vinaigrette


  • Gỏi cuốn (Fresh rice rolls with veggies and fried tofu)

– + Peanut sauce


  • Dậu sốt cà chua (Tofu with tomato sauce)


  • NƯỚC MẮM chay (vegan fish sauce)


  • Chè Chuối (Banana - coconut Pudding with tapioca pearls)
