The IN BLOOM cooking school/workshop is a creative and interesting alternative for the city of Barcelona, where for some years there has been a boom in the Vegan or P.B (Plant based) gastronomy sector.

More and more, people are opting for a diet based on plant products, fruits, proteins from legumes, and a balanced mix of non-animal foods.

By creating entertaining and delicious P.B cooking courses/workshops, we want to motivate more people with concerns about this diet and lifestyle, so that they can learn to prepare dishes without animal products but delicious, and share them with family and friends .

The courses can be held in Catalan, Spanish, English or German, as Laura Bonet has lived in Germany for 10 years and has the qualities and motivation to introduce each event in the group's preferred language, especially considering that we want to reach as many locals and tourists, in both public and private events.

With the illusion and the desire to continue cooking, creating, and contributing a grain of sand against climate change and the disappearance of protected species, Laura Bonet opens her most ambitious and desired project, the IN BLOOM school/workshop , where you can learn to prepare both typical and exotic recipes, surprising and simple, for everyone, create a social awareness and enjoy the process.
