cancellation policy

Here we tell you about the cancellation policy for workshops and courses at In Bloom. Our proposal is to try to help you as much as possible because we know that you may have last-minute changes and plans, but as we work with very small groups we also need commitment to the reservations made in order to maintain the quality of service and price.
The conditions for booking and cancelling workshops and cooking courses at In Bloom are as follows:

1. It is necessary to pay the full amount of the reservation in advance. You can make the payment online by credit or debit card through the servers of the secure online payment system, or through PayPal. If you prefer, we can also provide you with our account number to pay by bank transfer, or you can visit us at our premises at Vilamarí 51 to pay in cash or by card.


2. Reservations will not be considered formally made until we have correctly verified receipt of the corresponding payment. If for some reason this verification cannot be made, we reserve the right to give your place to another person.


3. If you need to change your plans, you can do so up to 6 days before the announced start time for each workshop or activity. If you have any questions, please let us know by email at inbloomcookingschool@gmail.com (we do not refund any money paid). After this period, changes or refunds are not accepted, and you can only give your place to a friend or acquaintance.


4. If you have a firm and paid reservation and you notify us after the 7 days provided for in the cancellation period or you do not show up for the workshop, we will not be able to make changes or refund your money under any circumstances (except in the case of death of a direct family member or hospital admission of the participant - not a family member -. To do so, it will be necessary to prove this with official documentation). In the case of multiple bookings or purchases, the exchange voucher will only be issued to the person affected (for example: if you have a booking for 4 people and one of them is admitted, we will issue a refundable voucher to the affected person who has provided proof of this with a medical certificate; the remaining 3 participants must attend the course or friends, family or acquaintances can give up their place).


5. When you complete a booking through our website, you will be directed to a booking confirmation page and you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the booking. Failure to receive the confirmation email for any reason is not considered a justified reason to request a refund of a booking.


6. If we cancel a workshop because the minimum viable number of participants is not reached, or for any other reason (except for force majeure beyond our control), we will notify you immediately and we will propose an alternative or we will refund your money without any inconvenience. We reserve the right to cancel any activity for any reason at our sole discretion, without this cancellation entailing any type of compensation beyond the refund of the amount previously paid for the cancelled workshop.


7. Reservations made with gift vouchers also allow changes and cancellations, but not the refund of the amount of the gift voucher (refunds of the gift voucher are not accepted), even in those cases in which the cancellation has been made by In Bloom. In these cases we will give you the option to participate in another activity.


8. Reservations made with promotional actions, raffles, contests or any type of free place from participation in any type of campaign or with our collaborators do not allow any type of cancellation. If you do not come to the workshop with a reservation of this type, we will not be able to offer you a new place in another workshop. It is your responsibility to make sure that you correctly schedule the activity in which you are going to participate and remember that you can always give your place to another person, notifying us up to 2 hours before the workshop.


9. Reservations made through other external collaborating platforms are subject to their own conditions and cancellation rules. If you have made a reservation through these or other third-party platforms, you must contact them for any changes or incidents. The conditions mentioned in the previous points do not apply to reservations through said platforms. In Bloom will not make exceptions or provide special treatment that contravenes what has been decided by said sales platforms, especially with regard to late cancellations or no-shows.
