About the event

In this course we teach you how to prepare the most famous Vietnamese recipes!

Do you love Phở and always wanted to learn how to make this delicious noodle soup? are you crazy for fried spring rolls? or do you want to learn how to make a delicious Bún chả chay with plant based beef? this is your cooking course!

All recipes with Plant Based products :)

(Gluten free possible under demand)


Important to know!

  • The courses will take place from a group size of 4 people.

  • The recipes will be made and tasted by all the participants, and the number of recipes will depend on the number of participants.

  • You can purchase a variety of drinks in our location and pay them at the end of the event.

  • We will send you the recipes on PDF the following Monday.


Recipes for this course: (recipes change seasonally)


Starters:

  • Nem ran chay (fried spring rolls with vegetables and black mushrooms)

– + Vinaigrette

  • Gỏi cuốn (fresh rice paper rolls with vegetables and “tofu shrimp”)

– + Peanut sauce


Main Courses:

  • Phở ​​(traditional spiced soup with noodles, vegetables, and grilled mushrooms)

(recipe prepared collaboratively by all participants)

  • Bun chả chay (soybean grilled “meat” with noodles and aromatic herbs)

– + Vinaigrette

  • Dậu sốt cà chua (fried tofu with tomato sauce)


Dessert:

  • Chè Chuối (banana and coconut pudding with tapioca pearls)


Extra Sauce Recipe to do at Home:

  • NƯỚC MẮM chay (vegan fish sauce)
