About the event
How to prepare the most delicious Paella and traditional rice dishes from Spain?
In this course we will show you several recipes from the sea to the mountains, and on the way we will veganize some of the ingredients so all the dishes will be 100% plant based! :)
Important to know!
The courses will take place from a group size of 4 people.
The recipes will be made and tasted by all the participants, and the number of recipes will depend on the number of participants.
You can purchase a variety of drinks in our location and pay them at the end of the event.
The recipes for this course:
Paella Valenciana:
Bomba rice, green beans, garrafó (valencian fava beans)
Marinated and grilled Heura “chicken style”
Vegetable broth
Arròs al forn with vegan sausage (oven rice):
Bomba rice, tomatoes, potatoes, chickpeas
Marinated mushrooms “bacon style”
Vegan sausage made out of black beans
Vegetable broth
Arròs negre with grilled vegan prawns (black sea rice)
Black rice, seaweed, peas, green pepper, red pepper, rancid wine
Vegan prawns made out of Konjak
Seaweed broth
Allioli (garlic sauce)
Fideuà with vegan konjak squid (Paella with fine pasta):
Pasta, aubergine, red pepper, white wine
Vegan marinated and grilled “squid” made out of Konjak
