About the event
We love vegan desserts, and we know they're your weakness too!
How do you start from scratch to learn how to make a variety of simple and delicious desserts?
In this course, we'll cover basic recipes for: a sponge cake with vanilla buttercream, finished with toasted almonds—this is the classic Sara Cake! We'll also make a chocolate cake with two different types of ganache and find an original way to present it. We'll make some very fluffy strawberry madeleines, and even a super creamy lotus flower cheesecake!

This course includes recipes for:
Snickers Trifle: chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, peanut butter ganache, and roasted peanuts
Strawberry Madeleines
Lotus Cheesecake: with a Lotus biscuit base and red berry coulis
Sara Cake: lemon sponge cake, vanilla and lemon buttercream, and toasted almonds.
Important to know!
Courses will be held with a minimum of 4 people.
The recipes will be prepared and tasted by all participants, and the number of recipes will depend on the number of participants.
You can purchase a variety of drinks at our location and pay for them at the end of the event.
You will receive the recipes in PDF format by email the following Monday.
