• Kombu-infused oyster mushroom with pickled onion pearls and crispy rice cracker

First course:

• Cannelloni filled with smoked tofu "Voie" and marinated shitake filets, over lemon-garlic cream and aromatic herbal pesto

Second course:

• Baked jackfruit No-chicken on a stick, red wine-rosemary sauce, and truffled mashed potatoes
