About the event
In this course we will teach you how to prepare the most traditional and beloved recipes of Catalan cuisine, all plant based!!
From a delicious veggie Fideuá to a vegan "fricandó" with mushrooms or how to make the famous Romesco sauce, or a sweet almond cream.
The most delicious cuisine you can find in Barcelona, now totally Plant Based but without losing its roots!

(The recipes will be made and tasted by all the participants and the number of recipes will depend on the number of participants.
You can purchase a variety of drinks in our location and pay them at the end of the event :).
Recipes for this course:
Starters:
- Vegan "Sobrasada" pastries (Smoked paprika Paté)
- Coca de escalivada (bread dough with baked veggies)
- Romesco sauce on baked leeks
- Catalan spinach tartlets
- Ocean fritters
Main dishes:
- Seasonal plant based cannelloni with béchamel
- Vegan Fideuá with seasonal veggies and all i oli (Noodle Paella)
- Vegan "Fricandó" with mushrooms (soy stew)
- White beans "Butifarra" (vegan sausige)
Dessert:
- Almonds Cream "Menjar blanc"
