About the event

In this course we will teach you how to prepare 2 different types of paella, and a great variety of the most famous and delicious tapas of the Mediterranean coast, without forgetting the essential dessert for a traditional menu!

If you want to learn Spanish-Mediterranean recipes with Plant Based products, this is the course for you!

(The recipes will be made and tasted by all the participants and the number of recipes will depend on the number of participants.

You can purchase a variety of drinks in our location and pay them at the end of the event :).

Recipes for this course:

Tapas:

  • Gazpacho
  • Patatas bravas (Spicy potatoes)
  • Croquetas de setas (mushroom croquettes)
  • Empanada gallega (Galician pie)
  • Brochetas de Tofu y verduras (Tofu and vegetable skewers)
  • "Tortilla" de patatas con cebolla (Potato-onion omelette)
  • Allioli ( garlic mayo)
  • "Calamares" a la romana (fried breaded vegan squids)
  • Pimientos rellenos con brandada de coliflor (Stuffed peppers with cauliflower mash)

Paella:

  • Paella de verduras y setas de temporada (Paella with vegetables and seasonal mushrooms)
  • Arroz negro de mar con espárragos y gambas veganas (Black sea rice with asparagus and vegan prawns)

Dessert:

  • Crema catalana
