In this course, we will explore the creation of various vegan cheeses, ranging from cashew mozzarella to grated Parmesan, along with a concise introduction to vegan cheese fermentation. The recipes for vegan cheese will differ according to the season.

All recipes featuring plant-based ingredients.

It is essential to be informed!

  • The courses will be conducted with a minimum of four participants.

  • The recipes will be prepared and sampled by all participants, with the quantity of recipes contingent upon the number of participants.

  • A diverse selection of beverages will be available for purchase at our venue, with payment to be made at the conclusion of the event.

  • We will provide you with all the recipes in PDF format by next Monday.

  • Spiced almond goat cheese truffles

  • The finest vegan parmesan for grating. 

  • Meltable coconut mozzarella suitable for pizzas

  • Philadelphia almond cream infused with garlic and fresh herbs

  • Cashew Camembert with Probiotics: A Lesson and Tasting Experience

  • Mini Cashew Mozzarellas Skewers with Cherry Tomatoes

  • Grilled Mung bean Halloumi

  • Zucchini rolls filled with cashew cream cheese

  • Cheddar cheese sauce for nachos accompanied by pico de gallo.

  • Coconut Provolone
