About the event
In this course, we will explore the creation of various vegan cheeses, ranging from cashew mozzarella to grated Parmesan, along with a concise introduction to vegan cheese fermentation. The recipes for vegan cheese will differ according to the season.
All recipes featuring plant-based ingredients.

It is essential to be informed!
The courses will be conducted with a minimum of four participants.
The recipes will be prepared and sampled by all participants, with the quantity of recipes contingent upon the number of participants.
A diverse selection of beverages will be available for purchase at our venue, with payment to be made at the conclusion of the event.
We will provide you with all the recipes in PDF format by next Monday.
