Japanese vegan Cuisine, Sushi, Gyozas and Street food

In this course we teach you how to prepare the most famous Japanese recipes!

We will make variations of Sushi, Gyozas and other Street food dishes such as Okonomiyaki or Tonkatsu, without forgetting the Japanese dessert par excellence, the Mochis!

All recipes with Plant Based products :)
