Japanese Cuisine, Sushi, Gyozas and Street food

In this course we teach you how to prepare the most famous Japanese recipes!

We will make variations of Sushi, Gyozas and other Street food dishes such as Okonomiyaki or Tonkatsu, without forgetting the Japanese dessert par excellence, the Mochis!

All recipes with Plant Based products :)

(The recipes will be made and tasted among all participants and the number of recipes will depend on the number of participants.

You can purchase a variety of drinks in our location and pay them at the end of the event :)

• Carrot salmon with avocado and wasabi mayonnaise
• Marinated eggplant "Nasu Dengaku" with spinach, sesame and Bulldog mayonnaise
• Tomato tuna with cucumber and wasabi mayonnaise
• Fried Tonkatsu Tofu with Red Pepper, Mayonnaise and Bulldog Sauce
