About the event

In this course we will teach you how to prepare the most traditional recipes of Italian cuisine!

We will make fresh pasta, Risottos, prepare various antipasti such as Eggplant parmiggiana, or a typical Bruschetta, without forgetting the most loved Tiramisu :)

How to make all these dishes totally Plant Based and without missing a single flavor, in this course we will tell you!

(The recipes will be made and tasted by all participants and the number of recipes will depend on the number of participants.

You can purchase a variety of drinks in our location and pay them at the end of the event :).

Recipes for this course:

Antipasti:

  • Bruschetta
  • Vegan Eggplant parmigiana
  • Polenta cubes with cherry tomatoes in balsamic vinegar
  • Vegan Cashew Mozzarella Balls in brine
  • Chickpea vegan tuna salad toast "a la tramezzini"

Pasta

  • Ravioli stuffed with almond and spinach plant based ricotta
  • Vegan Lasagna with soy Ragu, seasonal vegetables and creamy Bechamel

Risotto:

  • Mushroom risotto, truffle and herbs pesto.

Dessert:

  • Vegan Tiramisú
