In this course we will teach you how to prepare the most traditional and beloved recipes of Catalan cuisine, all plant based!!

From a delicious vegan "fricandó" with mushrooms or how to make an ocean stew, or a sweet almond cream.

The most delicious cuisine you can find in Barcelona, now totally Plant Based but without losing its roots!

Important to know!

  • The courses will take place from a group size of 4 people.

  • The recipes will be made and tasted by all the participants, and the number of recipes will depend on the number of participants.

  • You can purchase a variety of drinks in our location and pay them at the end of the event.

  • You will receive the recipes per email on PDF  the following monday.


Starters:

  • "Sobrasada" pastries (cured smoked paprika paste)

  • Ocean fritters with All i oli


Main dishes:

  • Seasonal cannelloni with béchamel

  • "Fricandó" ( mountain seitan stew with mushrooms)

  • “Suquet de mar” (Catalan ocean stew with daikon)

  • "Butifarra" (white beans vegan sausige)


Desert:

  • "Menjar blanc" Almond cream
