About the event
Tofu is one of the most versatile ingredients in plant-based cuisine, and in this course you'll learn how to get the most out of it.
From how to press and marinate it correctly, to techniques for stir-frying, baking, smoking, and frying, you'll discover that tofu can be the star of surprising dishes, full of flavor and texture! :)
You'll learn 8 recipes in a hands-on way, in our culinary lab in Barcelona, surrounded by people with the same curiosity and passion for sustainable gastronomy.
At the end of the session, we'll enjoy the dishes we've prepared together.

Important to know!
Courses will be held with a minimum of 4 people.
The recipes will be prepared and tasted amongst all participants, and the number of recipes will depend on the number of participants.
You can purchase a variety of drinks at our location and pay for them at the end of the event.
You will receive the recipes in PDF format by email the following Monday.

Soft tofu: explanation and uses: (chili sauce recipe)
Soft tofu + Smoked tofu: (perfect scrambled eggs)
Semi-hard tofu: breaded and fried (Agedashi in mild soy sauce)
Semi-hard tofu: frozen, fried and baked (Tofu "a la llauna")
Semi-hard tofu: grilled (with peanut sauce and bok choy)
Smoked tofu: shredded, baked and smoked (BBQ style)
Hard tofu: marinated and stir-fried (Teriyaki + wok-fried vegetables)
Hard tofu: frozen, boiled, marinated, baked, and stir-fried (Tandoori skewers with green sauce)
