From delicious Tacos, Empanadas, or Arepas, to the tastiest toppings and sauces like Guacamole, Chimichurri or Chipolte Mayonnaise :)

Learn how to cook with Latin products and create a varied Plant Based menu so you don't have to leave Barcelona to taste these delicacies from the most beautiful continent!

Arepas (corn flour tortillas with scrambled tofu)

Peru:

Mushroom ceviche (with tomato, red onion, pepper, cilantro, lime and chili).

Mexico:

Tacos al Pastor (roasted cauliflower in chili sauce, grilled pineapple, pickled onions and cilantro)
Chipotle Mayonnaise

Colombia:

Fried patacones (banana crackers with mango salsa and guacamole)
Frijoles (black bean stew)

Argentina:

Empanadas (with vegetable Ratatouille and chimichurri sauce )

Cuba:

Ropa vieja (jackfruit-peppers-tomato stew)

Brazil:

Coxinhas (fried potato balls with a "chicken-like" filling)
