About the event

In this course we will teach you how to prepare the most famous and well-known recipes from 7 countries like Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Venezuela, Brazil, Cuba or Argentina!

From delicious Tacos, Empanadas, or Arepas, to the tastiest toppings and sauces like Guacamole, Chimichurri or Chipolte Mayonnaise :)

Learn how to cook with Latin products and create a varied Plant Based menu so you don't have to leave Barcelona to taste these delicacies from the most beautiful continent!

(The recipes will be made and tasted by all the participants and the number of recipes will depend on the number of participants.

You can purchase a variety of drinks in our location and pay them at the end of the event :).

Recipes for this course:

Venezuela:

  • Arepas (corn flour tortillas with scrambled tofu)

Peru:

  • Mushroom ceviche (with tomato, red onion, pepper, cilantro, lime and chili).

Mexico:

  • Tacos al Pastor (roasted cauliflower in chili sauce, grilled pineapple, pickled onions and cilantro)
  • Chipotle Mayonnaise

Colombia:

  • Fried patacones (banana crackers with mango salsa and guacamole)
  • Frijoles (black bean stew)

Argentina:

  • Empanadas (with vegetable Ratatouille and chimichurri sauce )

Cuba:

  • Ropa vieja (jackfruit-peppers-tomato stew)

Brazil:

  • Coxinhas (fried potato balls with a "chicken-like" filling)

Bolívia-Perú

  • Papas a la Huancaina (potatoes with two sauces)

Dessert:

  • Coffee and caramel flan with pineapple-coconut sorbet
